Laura Norris MD

Laura Norris graduated from UVM Medical School and did her residency in Family Practice at the Medical University of South Carolina. She is Board certified in Family Medicine and has been in practice at FPA since 1995. When not at work she loves to spend time outdoors working in the garden, exploring the woods and waterways, and traveling.

Donald Miller MD

Donald Miller graduated Burlington HS in 1962, UVM in 1966, and UVM med school in 1972. He had an internship in Hershey PA and graduated 1973. He did his residency at UVM and graduated 1975

Deb Richter MD

Deb Richter, MD did her undergraduate degree at SUNY at Buffalo where she also received her MD degree. She holds an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene and a Masters degree in Health Science Education. She did her residency at the University of Rochester/ Highland Hospital Family Medicine program. She practiced family medicine in Buffalo NY for 10 years prior to moving to Vermont. She practiced at Family Practice Associates for 10 years before leaving to practice addiction medicine in Berlin and Burlington for 6 years . She is board certified in both Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. Dr Richter has returned to Family Practice Associates  part-time and continues to practice Addiction Medicine part-time in Burlington.

She is passionate about health care reform and will not rest until everyone in Vermont and the rest of the country has access to a health care system that serves everyone based on their need, not based on ability to pay.
